For a on-demand deployment the data is hosted on the cloud the exact location of application is not known even to DSS. Security at the server is provided via Identity and Access Management, Isolation and Encryption hence the data cannot be accessed by everyone.

Complete working application is available during trial period. Maximum of 10 users can be created during trial period and only one attachment can be added to a contribution.
Email Address - Enter the Email Address that was specified by you when you registered as a User of iSuggestNow. Please ensure that this is a valid Email address that you check regularly as the iSuggestNow system uses this email address to send all important notifications generated in the system and it also serves as your Login id.
Password - Password is case sensitive and should follow the Password policy set by default. The default policy is that the password should be at least 8 characters long and should consist of both alphabets and numerals.
Organization Access Key - Organization Access Key is a unique access key that is generated for an Organization. This should be kept confidential and only provided by the Organization’s iSuggestNow Administrator to the employees or members of the organization who are eligible to use iSuggestNow.
Users
My Profile: My Profile link opens up a form with the details of the profile of the currently logged in user. You may modify all the details except the Email address using this form. The Email address is used as a login id and hence cannot be changed.
Contributors: Contributors are users who may contribute suggestions/ speakups/complaints.
Administrators: Suggestion or speak up administrator will be assigned to carry out initial review of all the submitted suggestions/speak ups/ complaints, reject them or forward them to an appropriate assessor for further analysis and assessment. Reward administrator will be responsible for managing the rewards inventory and the distribution of the rewards based on the redemption certificates
Assessors: Assessors will assess a suggestion/speak up/complaint and will give their feedback to the Lead assessor.
Lead Assessor: Lead Assessor will approve /reject a suggestion/speak up/complaint based on the feedback he has received.
Senior Management: Senior management users are given access to the analytics of suggestion/speak up/complaint schemes.
Assessment Groups
Assessment Group is a group consisting of assessors and will be applicable to one or more category. This makes it easier to assign responsibility for assessment of suggestions and speak-ups. One of the assessor is given the responsibility of Lead assessor.
